The location between airport and the centre is great, the area itself is a little rough round the edges with not much around for good food, the hotel was clean but the bathroom could do with an extractor fan to prevent black mould in the shower and they only give you one soap for the bathroom but not the sink. The walls are thin I could hear everything from snoring to if someone’s dropped something on the floor next door. The staff are lovely and super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and the room was wall-to-walled bed. We had no standing room and it was crowded space with a toilet being the only seat. It's mostly a Muslim area, but everyone was very nice. The greatest feature about the location where the stores that were just a few yards away, and the tram was right there, and the staff was really so nice and polite and helpful.

He spent 3 nights during Tulip Festival. The Hotel is located sightly outside of Amsterdam city centre in a reasonably quieter area in the middle of a shopping area. Easy access to a major tram line (17) and airport bus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are renovated and clean and spacious. having a little fridge is a real bonus. Clean bathroom and could have added better toiletries. Tiny pillows and had to ask for extra pillows. There were no mugs in the room despite there was a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. The location felt a bit unsafe specially in the evenings although inside of the hotel was perfectly safe. there were supermarkets and dinning options close by. It was a decent stay and would stay again.

Excellent stay what a gem! Staff helpful and kind. Very clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast plenty of this from cereal to yoghurt breads and meats - cheese Definitely would stay here again.
