Basic hotel, close to town centre
About 10-15 minute walk from main plaza. 10-15 minute drive from airport. Staff helpful with directions and taxi ordering etc. Good base for all things Cusco.

Nice staff, terrible room
I only stayed here because it said it was noon refundable. I needed a place to store my luggage for a few hours before the airport and was hoping to shower. The shower worked for all of 20 seconds and the bathroom sink never produced any water. I was unable to shower here so instead I ended up losing to just leave my stuff in a room for a few hours. Terrible.

Not clean!
Not recommended. Room was not clean, floor was full of hair, and it looked like the cleaner was eating in the room and left her food on the chair! One day, we only received one towel in the bathroom. Very disappointing!

Reserve Hab. Con cama matrimonial y no estaba disponible, el desayuno incluido es restringido, no había tiallas en habitación, fue un caos., ayuda que la ciudad deja pasar todo eso con su hermosura.
