I was charged twice
I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in February. I had booked and paid on Hotels.com but when I checked out from the hotel they demanded me to pay again. I said I already paid but they said they do not get paid from Hotels.com. I was stressed and was already sitting in a taxi on my way to the train station when they came and wanted to get paid so I paid. I wrote to Hotels.com and told them about it so they wrote to the hotel but the hotel refuses to answer?? So I gess this is not the first time this happens. Nice family bt I dont trust them.
