Buildings are new. Rooms are big and clean. However, check-in takes too long and food choices are limited. Location is not so great either.

High class hotel that was impressive when I walked in but slowly I get frustrated with poor amenities, not enough bath towels, coffee machine didn't work Right, shampoos, bathroom tissues, no clock, slow responses.

Huge hotel with tiny service.
I stayed 'deluxe room with ocean view' but since it's on 3rd floor, you'd rather call 'building view'. Most of you can see through your window is buildings in front of the hotel. It took average 2 min (not kidding) to connect with operator. I say "average" because I once even given up calling to Front desk because they never answer. So if you try to say something to hotel I suggest send a letter. That will be much faster. During my stay, the house maid did not close the door after make up the room. Can you believe that? When you come back to your room, you find out your door is stayed open. Think about how's that feels like.
