Nice location. Being updated. Has potential to be a neat property after a little more polish. Nice people.

Decent motel. Relaxing location but outdated rooms. Great price though.

A deck with a view.
Quiet, and clean with a lovely view looking down from your private deck. This is a charming motel of the no-frills variety. Basic breakfast at the lodge every morning. Many good restaurants nearby as well as all the beauty and recreational interest of the area. We enjoyed the scenic 30-minute drive to our tour of Falling Water, and afterward visited Ohiopyle State Park.

Nice, Quiet Change of Pace...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I remember staying at this property, probably very early 1990s, when it was an Arbogate Inn, and when it was very new. On the way back from a trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, I made sure to route my return to stop here for the night. It didn't disappoint. Check-In was handled super efficiently by a very friendly young woman, who at my request, recommended local dining (great places to eat very close by). All of the rooms have decks that face a large pond on the property. The room was clean and comfortable. I did open the sliding glass screen door to get fresh air in the room----and ran the fan on high. There is that big pond and a high water table here----and it does cause a lot of humidity/musty, stale air indoors. It cleared up nicely and wasn't a problem during our stay. The wifi was fine and so was the cable TV. I like sleeping in, so got to the free breakfast late and really only wanted coffee, which was good. They also had the usual doughnuts, bagels, muffins----nothing fancy or extraordinary, but certainly acceptable if you just wanted to have a light breakfast and go hiking or something like that. The staff is friendly and even though this is no longer a new motel, they do a decent job of keeping things clean and in reasonable repair. The location and atmosphere of the outdoors here is unbeatable---it's like being at a camp, but with comfortable sleeping. I might plan a trip out there next Fall to see the changing leaves.

Dog friendly and room to play.
Nice place to stay. Plenty of room for our dog and the really nice thing is there wasn't dog waste lieing around when we got there. The people who were two doors down 603 didn't pick up after their dog. Anyhow the only hickup was at check in didn't let the hotel know we had a pet, but the hotel helped us get it straight.
