No AC and smokers hung outside so air flow was horrible.

A good find
A handy find when in the area. A little different if you don’t want that chain hotel vibe. Friendly staff and the rooms where more than fine. It’s a little quirky having the rooms right round the back of the building but not a problem. Good food.

Just ok, nothing more
A bit average. A fight in the bar didn't help but I guess that wasn't the establishments fault. The room was like visiting an old Aunt's place, done their best with it but it was still old fashion and on the main road with all the associated noise.

Room very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning. Rooms were situated outside the building with front door leading to the back of the restaurant and parking space. The party in the evening caused lots of noise and opening the window to get fresh air was out of the question. They did however apologised for the noise as it was booked for a birthday bash. The manager offered another room above the pub. Staff are really good and polite. One need to call them directly and ask for a room on the quietest area. Except the noise that night I was very pleased with the service. It’s around 20 minutes drive to the centre but you can find pebble beaches within 20 min drive from the hotel.
