Good hotel with good service
Gary, gb1 night trip
The Navigator, Southampton
The external entry door to the stairs was broken, unable to close, therefore providing access to anyone. The carpet on the stairs to our room was dirty. The room was extremely small and the size of the toilet/shower room was unacceptable. The room was very noisy with traffic all night ( no secondary glazing or facility to reduce the noise ) plus noise from function. Guests staying should be advised of any functions and consequent noise before committing to a booking. The breakfast was nice.

Very Good8.0
Nice hotel, friendly staff and Comfy
Very nice little hotel, clean, friendly staff and nice service. The rooms were nice, and whilst not full of mod-cons, were warm, clean and comfy. The bathroom had a movement sensor rather then a light switch, which was odd, and turned off a little too quickly sometimes (like when in the shower), but only a minor issue. Overall, a lovely stay.

First night excellent food not so much the second night. Evening restaurant staff very good service. Breakfast could be lot better. Accommodation basic adequate. Parking availability good.
