Total relaxation, great service
Absolutely relaxing from the moment of arrival until departure. We arrived an hour before checking and we’re graciously quickly checked in. Rooms are modern, clean and efficient. The food is very good quality and there is regular variety. The pools are pristine, and the pool bar is great. The beach itself is touch and go, so many stick to the pools. Really nothing bad to say about this hotel and their staff - it is an absolutely marvelous experience.

Disappointing Stay
Some of the facilities are closed by using COVID-19 as an excuse. For instance, after hour meal service would have been open pretty easily. Also, no snacks provided in bars. In general, the Rooms are pretty basic. No electric kettle or coffee making facilities. I doubt that rooms are in 5 start rating. The food is also average. Spread is quite poor and taste is also questionable. Pool is good also the pool bar is amazing.
