Good value property
Very good communication from the agent/owner, easy to find and good location. Downside was the lack of air-conditioner and it was a bit warm during the night, as the apartment is on the top flor. It is ok for a nights stay as we needed.

One night in saarbrucken
Stayed one night to check out the area, the apartment is very close to a square with lots of restaurants and pubs, great location.. The apartment building is old and a bit wore out but the unit has everything you need for a short stay, I would probably stay there again in the future

Apartments are student accommodation studios. I don't consider them suitable for families. However, they are in a good location, close to the centre of town.

A hidden gem in an amazing city.
Location was perfect. Bathroom and kitchen facilities both were great. The host dealt with a small issue during the late hours and for that I'm grateful. Tremendous value.

Nice room design, but in a need of a bit of TLC...
Very nice rooms design (has a ladies touch with a good taste to it)! It has a self service laundry in the building (buy tokens in the morning (8am-10am) from the estate service office on the ground floor). The cooker provided, had a very slow cook performance on the larger hob even on a max setting (probably the high powered elements had blown in the larger hotplate), so use a small hob or the microwave provioded to get the cooking job done. The capsules coffee machine is provided :-) Take care when using the wardrobe, because the door's middle hinge is not fastened and can cause scratching. Also hold a socket cover, when remowing a plug from it (some can become detached). The bathroom door bottom hinge needs reattaching and the WC pan is attached only by a single screew, so take care when opening/closing the door and sitting down on a toilet. PS: Very nice location near the city centre, and is quiet during the day and working nights (Sun-Thu), when the local people are working hard... But keep the windows closed during the Fri-Sat nights, or you would be woken up by the people playing hard...

Compact and quiet.
Our host was very considerate and helpful. We had to phone him to arrange to meet at the building at check in time. We had problems with the city driving. He waited patiently for our delayed arrival, and even helped with luggage moving.

Man bekommt was man bezahlt
Wir würden die Unterkunft mit neutral bewerten: Preis sehr günstig, aber es ist schon etwas run-down. Vor allem Flur und Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Bett Ok, Bad ok aber nicht tip-top sauber. You get what you pay for... Deshalb ist es ok für eine Nacht aber länger würde ich mir persönlich etwas anderes suchen. Viele Grüsse, Ben
