Suitable Hotel for Business Travel
I recently stayed here a total of eight nights during two stays. I was upgraded to a premium room during the first stay. The room was spacious, a little dark and faced the interior (no view). It was quiet. The bathroom had a jetted tub/shower combo. During my second stay, I was in a standard street-facing room. It was much smaller with more natural light and only slightly noisier. The bathroom was small with a shower. The AC units in both rooms worked well. During my stay, I literally only saw another guest once! The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Average - needs improvement.
Room was nicely appointed, and staff was nice, but had terrible air flow (and AC didn’t work). Also, only provided water the first night - I was there for 5.

Worst hotel in London!
The supervisor and I didn't get along and I checked out the next day, but my money wasn't refunded and I am extremely frustrated that they stole my money like that. The service was rubbish and the staff was the same and lame. I really wouldn't reccommend anyone to stay there at all!

Stay if you like a dark room and low bed
Front desk staff was EXCELLENT. Extremely horrible wifi, apparently superior rooms are not really superior facing alleyways and other building walls - ABSOLUTELY NO VIEWS. Beds are very low but comfy, heater did not work and shower is awkwardly spaced.
