Overcharged no customer satisfaction
Not Good. Spent one night got charged for 3. Hotel offered no compensation. Manager is horrible! Parking is horrible!

Very disappointing
Disappointing stay. Went down for a wedding and I had a suite booked, but they put us in a "Premium" room instead. The clerk kept on and on about how it was one of their top rooms, but it was very disappointing. The room was dark and since it was near their rooftop bar and pool it was pretty noisy. The water closet for the toilet was...small. The door was less than a couple of feet from the front of the toilet which made it very awkward and difficult to use without opening the door before you got up or closing it after you sat down. Went to the rooftop bar and couldn't get a drink because their computer was down, they wouldn't take cash, and he said we couldn't charge it to our room...because the computer was down. Very little water pressure and an uncomfortable bed topped it off. The Ace is a trendy boutique hotel, but it is way overpriced for the service and comfort of the stay. I would not recommend and will not stay there again. Very disappointed and not worth the $500+ I spent.

Ace was Aces
Really enjoyed the hotel it has a slightly funky and different vibe. Two of the perks and a great reason to stay here are the coffee shop downstairs and the lovely pool/rooftop

Not worth the price
Had several issues. 1) TV remote never worked - we asked 3 times to have it fixed and then just gave up b/c it clearly wasn't going to get fixed. 2) Cleaning crew didn't replace used towels so we had to call down to front desk twice to get new towels restocked. 3) Parking was kind of a nightmare. We were told not to valet b/c we needed our car early in the am to go fishing and they couldn't guarantee someone would be there to get our car for us which left us struggling to find street parking all weekend. 4) We tried to go to the rooftop pool - it was closed b/c of weather. which was understandable. but when it cleared up, I called down to the front desk to see if the pool was opened, they said it was, so we put on our suits and headed up only to find out it was still closed. There just wasn't very good communication throughout the hotel and staff while we were there. Normally, I wouldn't worry b/c these are what I call 'first world problems' but for the price of the hotel, I thought it was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I stay there again.

Great for one night; Not great for meetings
The Ace is a super cool hotel, very funky and hip. I attended for a conference and the meeting space felt a bit dark and loud. The rooms are nice but the beds/mattresses aren't super comfortable. I would stay again for one night, but not for multiple nights.
