Good rooms but staff largely ambivalent
This hotel has really lovely villas and a fabulous location . That is the upside the down side is that some of the restaurant staff do not provide good service and yet expect residents to pay for the privilege of waiting far too long for food - even allowing for "Caribbean time " We were therein the low season ( 2-6 th July ) and the feeling we had was that by and large guests were a bit of an inconvenience . There was a free range feel to the restaurant with staff playing music from two areas which often clashed in the main seating area this was not relaxing . The food was tasty but the menu was very limited and did not change whilst we were there. Bequia is a lovely island but many places close in the low season so be prepared to have restricted choices for food and accommodation . I would say in general that staff need some customer care training to improve guest experience and thereby make it more likely that return business will be forthcoming.

The grounds were beautiful and clean. The pool area was nice except for not enough cushions for the lounge chairs. The bungalow was darling with a sweet porch to sit on in the evenings. The shower was large with stone flooring. Highly recommend the front row bungalow with the spectacular views of the ocean .
