We loved our stay at the Table Rock Lodge! Staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you may need. They have no problem helping you with local tours and answering questions. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the jungle. The grounds are insanely beautiful as well! Only thing is that you do not receive your final bill until the end of your stay and it can rack up quickly if you're not careful! This is not one of the cheaper resorts but worth it!

Table Rock is lovely
The food was excellent. The location to town was convenient. The staff was so kind and personable. They were good with children, checked in with us every day about our needs, and made good recommendations for things to do. The farm is fun to walk through, and the river is a convenient walk down the hill. The rooms are private, well furnished and designed, and the patio is a lovely bones. The riverview rooms are the best. The fans make air conditioning unnecessary. People staying here should expect to hear sounds of the jungle all day and night. The staff was easy to reach before our trip started, and provided helpful directions and what to expect information. I hope we can return in a few years!

This Place Was Incredible
My fiance and I came here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. In short it was one of one of the best places i have been and would definitely visit again. The owners have truly created their own paradise in the jungle. Its a relatively intimate setting with i think about 8 rooms or so. I overheard that they would be adding a couple more and a pool. The rooms themselves were very nice, clean, well taken care of, and had beautiful decorations. They are spread throughout the forest, and are accessed by winding paths through beautiful well manicured vegetation. When we arrived we were greeted with free drinks, and were given a cell phone so that we could contact them. The restaurant had a different menu every day for breakfast lunch and dinner, and the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. One night we arranged a honeymoon dinner and they seated at a deck overlooking the forest. There were candles everywhere. We ate an sunset and lightning bugs came out at dark and were glowing in the forest. It was really beautiful. The staff was always available, friendly, and accommodating. They gave us a cell phone so that we could always contact them if we needed. The hotel is near a river and they have canoes, and tubes that you can check out for free. We paddled up river to another resort where we visited a butterfly garden and Mayan history museum, saw monkeys and iguanas on the way. I highly recommend this place :)

Very Good8.0
Amazing service, they are so friendly, especially the restaurant workers. It's very cool to be in the jungle but the town is a 20 minute cab or bus ride away so it can be hard to plan for meals--we ended up eating most of them in the restaurant which can definitely add up. We didn't find much to do in town aside from get massages. It rained the day we wanted to take the free canoes and tubes for a ride so that was a bummer. Bottom line is if you want to be somewhere secluded and just hike/be in the water/relax it's great place to stay. Also beware--transfers from and to the airport are VERY pricey, see if you can call around and set up your own ahead of time.
