Non functional rooms with many deficiencies.
We made a mistake booking this place with no customer reviews. Front desk staff needs to be re-trained as they were pretty clueless. Tried to give us a lesser room than we had booked and were then given a Deluxe Sea View room on 17th floor with two beds. View was great but that and the comfortable bed were about the only good things about the room. The hotel is either new or recently renovated With probably the shoddiest workmanship I've ever seen. NOT 3+ star quality. The rooms and the hallways smell like wet paint. Cracked unfinished drywall/concrete everywhere and a terrible paint job with smears all over the place.. The carpet in the hallway isn't even attached to the floor and looks like it was second hand. Like they opened or re-opened way before it was ready. White Paint smeared all over the place in the rooms even in the bathroom which was all black - it looks like some real amateurs built it. Bathrooms don't have a holder for shower head - not even in the bathtub (which was advertised but thought there would at least be a functional shower inside). So, if you like to take showers, this place isn't for you. Water goes all over the floor if you try to shower yourself with the shower hose. Unbelievably non functional rooms. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent and service was good but have to deal with 90% RUDE Chinese people. The staff were great considering they have to deal with this type of clientele daily. Would not stay here again.

조식등 서비스는 전반적으로 나쁜 편은 아니다 다만 여권을 킵하고 안준다 수영장은 꼭대기 루푸탑에 있는다 조금많이 작다 남녀 커플이 좋을것 같다 내가 묵은 룸은 십일층 인데 수압이 아주 쬐금 약한 것 같고 복도가 보이는 큰 창문 타입이라 꼭 암막커튼을 하고 자야된다
