I liked the feel of going back in time however would like the creature comforts of home to not feel like I was stepping back in time. The mattress could be firmer, less furniture in the room( it was hard to see the tv where it was situated) the large hutch unit could be removed and the TV placed over the faux fireplace. The rocking chair could be removed also. I also found somethings unnecessary like fake flowers hanging on the doors etc. There was also a stain on the blanket on the bed and the toilet bowl cleaner was filthy.

Nice Victorian mansion
Beautiful spacious rooms; big veranda and nice very large property facing the river; very friendly and helpful host. Only downside was the room was a little warm but cooled down later. This is probably unusual as the weather was ver hot
