So many restaurants nearby!
Our room was huge! When we opened the door there was a small separate entrance to leave our shoes, bags and umbrellas. Slippers awaited us at the carpeted area. There was a small kitchenette and three large closets after entering and before stepping into the main room. The living and work area shared a large common space with the bed. We had a large balcony facing a cemented park, like a resting place for business persons on break. The bathroom was a bit dated and small but the shower had great water pressure making for a relaxing bath. The bed, unfortunately, was the most uncomfortable bed over ever slept in. But..we ordered up four extra pillows and it helped us sleep better. The room had a free phone with free WiFi and data to use throughout the city during our stay. I logged into my Facebook, gmail, and Instagram and was able to navigate the city and take pictures. It was wonderful! It erased all info before we checked out. Great feature! Nearby are so many places to eat within walking distance! We didn’t know where to start. I’m talking dozens.

Surprising gem in great area
There's a 24-hr cafe in the lobby, which is a great place to hang out (free coffee for hotel guests!) The staff is friendly and helpful, and the area is conveniently located and safe. Even with all the nighttime activity in the neighboring blocks, it's still quiet. The room was surprisingly large, and the bed comfortable.

Hotel has bad policy about room charges.
The hotel has a bad "policy" that if you arrive before 3 pm check in and if they have a room available for you, they require to pay 2,000 yen per hour for each hour before 3 pm. They charged me 10,000 yen since I arrived at 10 am. The only hotels around the world that charge by the hour are ones you don't want to stay in. (Read between the lines.) Very unprofessional and I travel all over the world have never experienced this and they wouldn't give me the room until I paid for those hours even though it was available and my room was prepaid. They claim it's their policy but it's not posted anywhere on their website or with their resellers, etc. VERY BAD POLICY. Otherwise this is a pleasant place except you can't get coffee before 7 am either from their coffee bar. It's appears to be a 24 hours coffee bar, too. It appears they don't understand the hospitality business.
