Mint Rooms, Warsaw
I'd stay there again- anytime.
SUPER place. I was really happy there. There's a supermarket on the ground floor- you can buy anything there. Krups coffee maker in the room- with coffee pods. Great way to start the morning. The only disappointment was no microwave to warm up food. (and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the range.)

Comfortable, Modern Apartment
We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Mint Rooms- the apartment was renovated to a nice standard, the design was modern, the space was bright and airy, and the facilities reasonably comprehensive. We appreciated having a kitchen as it gave us the flexibility to eat in for breakfast in the mornings. The bathroom was unusually large and could have benefited from more bench space as well as a separate shower, but these are very minor issues in the grand scheme of things. Location-wise, the apartments are reasonably well connected by buses and trams, which will in turn take you to the major train stations as well as many of the sights in the city. Alternatively, for those who enjoy walking, most of the must-sees are within a walkable distance. There are a handful of local restaurants as well as supermarkets in the vicinity but the area generally felt quiet. Check-in is unconventional in that it is organised by email beforehand and the keys are picked up from the security office within the apartment complex. This is because the apartments are situated in standard residential buildings. However, there is no need for concern - the instructions provided were comprehensive and the security officer is friendly. For some reason, this particular booking was charged by the merchant to my card in my home currency rather than in Polish Zloty, causing unfavourable "Dynamic Currency Conversion" exchange rates to be applied. This had never occured to me before in a booking.

Loved warsaw and apartment. Never met by anyone, just handed an envelope by surly individual. No free breakfast as booked. You people couldnt even answer my calls or emails from Warsaw. Expect some sort of reply please.

Clean and Modern
This apartment was on the 9th floor of a 15 storey complex which felt pretty recently built. There is a card entry system and it feels a bit like Fort Knox. Use card at street level to get to car park, then to get in building to elevator, then to get on the floor you are staying on, then a massive deadbolt on your door. Personally, this made me feel very safe. Apartment 909 is quite small. There is a bathroom which has a luxury feel to it. The small kitchen area is clean and well equipped and the lounge has comfortable and contemporary furniture. No door to bedroom, but mostly separated by wall. Bedroom comfortable but peculiar shape meant lots of waste space. Great balcony and views, especially at night. Only complaints - I feel the description 'Serviced Apartment' is a misnomer; no maid service while we stayed. Plus feel aircon would be welcome.

a good place to stay
we had a problem at check in as room key wasn't available. Also found that there was no TV service due to storms the previous night and had to request the breakfast voucher be provided. Otherwise, the room was great and very comfortable and would highly recommend these apartments as the security is good.
