Great experience.
Incredible experience. They had secure parking for our car rental, told them it was my wife's birthday and they gifted a bottle of wine. The room was comfy, maybe a little hot, but we cracked the window and it was perfect. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend. Tons of places to walk to and explore around the hotel, felt very safe and secure.

Satisfactory but not so good
Generally it was good. Big room with large bed and two small bedside stands. However, there were no chair and no desk in the room. Since I needed to have some work done I just took and brought in a chair from the breakfast area downstairs, and used the bed as a desk for my laptop and multiple notes. Sleep was good, however, the front street is too noisy of traffic starting from about 6 AM. The breakfast was OK but the service unsatisfactory. There was an empty coffee jar and lack of some food items due to previous guests when I arrived for breakfast. The serving lady came in only when a native speaking pair called her (which happened about 25 minutes after I started my breakfast). She made half a jar of very weak coffee which all three of us had to reinforce by adding an instant coffee powder to our cups. Not a good deal for the money, in my opinion. I would not stay there again and would not recommend this place to others. Especially in view of the fact that there is a great choice of furnished apartments in the nearby center city part at a lower price.
