Clean, Comfy, Convenient!
Great hotel! Location was awesome, you could walk to downtown in about 10-15 minutes. It was super clean, very Covid-safe. The rooms were tiny, but that didn't bother us. It was clean and quiet. We had a double bedroom and the beds were SOOOO comfy! I could have slept all day. Staff was friendly and very happy to help, kitchenette had all the necessities (plates, utensils, mugs, cups, coffee, coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, and bowls). I am excited to stay here again!

Cheap not cheap Moab
Room was clean and super small for 3 people. Couldn't imagine having 4 in there.

ood base for National Parks.
Nice motel on main street of Moab. Small room but fine for jumping off place for National Parks. Kitchenette and hot tub were a bonus.

Bring your earplugs
The flowers and landscaping were pretty. Room however was very dark, light was insufficient, and also musty and humid, which is odd considering moab is arid and dry. The worst part of our stay here is that it was too noisy! The hallway between rooms is tile and echoes every footstep. Someone let their toddler run up and down the hallway around 6am, and late night partiers stumbling around on the deck outside the window for additional noise. THEN... after the sun came up, things quieted down and I thought I could sleep a bit... NOPE! We had housekeeping knocking on our door before 9am when checkout wasnt until 11am. Ugh. Bring your sound canceling headphones or some earplugs if you plan to stay here.

Friendly
The friendliest front desk staff. While it is an older property, it is well kept and clean. It might look like a motel from the street it has interior corridors.

Major road construction in Moab
Besides the loud exhaust fan and the street numbers switching sides after crossing Center St. (something to do with the Mormon Temple in Salt Lake City) it was clean and cosy. Moab is in major road construction. Once completed it should be a lot faster getting into and around town.

Excellent condition and cleanliness of room and entire facility. I like that they had a hose for basic cleaning of mtn bikes
