Check in was a good experience, the room was less than desirable. Floors were dirty, toilet was covered in urine, paintings had paint on them, there was construction supplies under the beds!

Don't stay here.
The room was not clean but he bedding was OK. Floor had no carpet, no rugs, no place to clean off your feel. The bathtub did not drain. Room was maybe in the process of being updated but it was a BIG disappointment.

Not a good experience
Check In was great, but then it went downhill from there. They are “remodeling”, but it was Just so Dirty everywhere. We counted 3 razor blades on our way to our room From the car. One was in the window sill of our room. Cigarette butts all over. Caulking around tub was gross and the Floors weren’t swept. Construction workers working early and late playing loud music and smoking. Won’t stay here again.

Do not try to stay at this hotel. We actually had to change hotels as this one was not acceptable. Room was dirty, everything in room was very old including the bedding.

Meh.
We booked sight unseen based on what we saw online. It was nothing like what we saw online. They were in the middle of a huge renovation that was still being worked on at 8pm in the evening. Had a construction worker knock on our door. There was a big space under our room door that let light and heat and noise in from outside in the room. The hotel isn't even the Rodeway Inn anymore. It's being run by the hotel across the parking lot the Quality Inn and that's where you have to check in. Price was good. Bed was comfortable. Falls across the street are beautiful but couldn't see them from the hotel which is enclosed in a courtyard.
