Disappointed
The location was the only thing good about it. No one knows anything. Asked for WiFi and employees said no one knew it. Asked for extra towels, no one had a key to hand us some. Our reservation asked for two beach front rooms only got one. Very disappointed.

Issues at check in
It could of been better but Hotels.com and the hotel had a miscommunication and I got the wrong room. Which i was really sad about it. Because I was expecting my ocean view balcony but I had to stay in an standard room. The Manager Ricardo was very helpful with the tour and & hotels.com refund me the difference for the room.
