체력적으로 약한 사람이라면 도보 이동이 어려울 수 있다.
(가와라마치역 도보로 3~5분거리)
객실에서는 화장실이 조금 뒤떨어진다고 생각한다.
온수/냉수를 각각의 레버로 조절해야 하는 점은 아쉽고 불편한 점.
