Stay away from this place!
Was looking online for a place to stay, tired of driving in bad weather. Couldn't even find an office to register after having already booked online. No one answered doors or the phone.

Good low priced motel
Motel provides what one would expect for the price - clean, comfortable, basic room to lay one's head at night, watch TV and have a shower. Basic comforts. Will stay here again.

Very cheap but that's it!
There was a sign on the door that had a phone number to call for a person to drive in to just check us in. It called this number 5 times and no answer. Answering machine was full so I couldn't leave a message. Then they called me back from a different number wanting to know if I tried to call them about a room. Noise in the background... This is about 8pm or so. I said I had booked with Expedia. They said they be over they had to drive there. The items in the room were nice. TV, fridge, microwave. But that was it. The bathroom was gross. Hair everywhere, dirty, old bathtub knob popped off when I pulled it to turn it on. Water went from scalding hot to ice cold the entire time. We left and went to Council Bluffs and stayed with friends. I wish I could get my money back. I was only there 5hrs before we said no more and left. Expedia! Get me a REFUND!!!!! I wish... Oh and this is where people LIVE more than a motel!!! That's why no one was there.

Needs a lot of TLC
Comments by previous guests in 2016 led me to think new owners would be remodeling. That did not appear to be the case. The dirty motel windows & trash in the driveway were off putting, If I hadn't already charged my credit card for the room, I'd have probably left. No one in the office upon arrival - just a note to call a number for assistance. Good thing my cell phone was charged. Although, manager was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
TV kept going out and could not be reset on the remote, but had to be reset on the TV side panel. AC was in a high window above the vanity and difficult to reach unless you're tall.
The sheets and towels were clean, the fridge and microwave worked - that's about all I can say. I would not go back to this motel or recommend it to anyone else.

We won't stay here again.
2 parking spaces were blocked off. Not much parking available. Water temp in the shower fluctuated dramatically...hot, then cold, then hot, then cold. It was difficult to take a shower. There were 2 large towels, one hand towel and no bath mat.

Very rude
I was very mad about my stay. I had made my reservation online and I got there at 2:15 am and the open sign was on but no one would come to the door. I called the number and no answer. I called hotels.com and he finally came and opened the door 20 min later. Then her was very rude saying that it's 2:45 in the morning you better not wake up my wife and kid. All I wanted to do was go to sleep I had been driving all day with my kids. If the guy didn't want to have a job like that then he should t work there. Plus it was kinda cold and I wanted to turn the heat in and it didn't work. Plus it wasn't the cleanest motel.

Mediocre hotel out of the city
It's been a while since I was there. I was a little disappointed compared to the reviews. Didn't seem like it had the upkeep it really needed. Nothing terrible. Stayed in much worse. But I can usually find a better place.
