Pretty and comfortable hotel in quiet Garden District. I was traveling for business during Covid and the hotel did everything possible to make guests feel safe.

I met the nicest people who made me feel welcomed and went out of their way for whatever my needs may have been. If I visit New Orleans again this will be the only place I will be staying at.

Lovely hotel in the garden district! We stayed here with my daughter while visiting Tulane. Brian made sure we had everything we needed and went over and above to ensure we knew how to get around the area. We walked to magazine street for shopping and dinner. We will definately be back.

Our stay was amazing!! The staff members Brian and Maggie were wonderfully thoughtful and beyond helpful!! The hotel is so beautiful in the Garden District, with comfortable beds, lovely grounds with outside areas and most of all the peaceful safe atmosphere is astounding!!! The controls for the AC/Heat were locked and unavailable to us - which meant we were frequently cold and could not do anything about it. While the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, we were charged for drinks we did not consume - hopefully this will be resolved with the final bill - but at this point it has not been.
