Nice place
Simple but comfortable place. Helpful at reception. Allowed me to store bags for the day and provided shuttle to airport for 5€ which was nice since I was overcharged by taxi on way in.

This hotel is located in a hill. It's difficult to reach if you have elderly. There is no coffee/tea maker as they claimed in the website. There is no blankets and everday they say "we don't have, we'll give you tomorrow" and that tomorrow didn't come yet. Room service didn't clean the WC and change the towel for two days.

Perfect for an overnight layover in Istanbul
I traveled from Ukraine to Austria for a medical appointment and had an overnight layover in Istanbul. For 25 Euro they arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport and transport me to the hotel. To save money I could have also taken public transit, but I was grateful for this convenience. The next day they arranged for me to take a shuttle back to the airport and that only cost 5 Euro. The room was small, but inexpensive. I consider it a great value and quite adequate for my needs. The Hotel is in the old part of town, near the Grand Bazaar, and many good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The hotel itself seems to be an old building, but completely updated. The only thing I was disappointed with is there was no chair in the room. The clerk was very friendly and helpful and spoke wonderful English. As i have at least two more trips that will require a layover in Istanbul, I will be back!

Perfect Hotel for a Relaxing Layover in Istanbul
I was looking for a hotel in Istanbul that wasn't too far from the airport, so I could have not only a layover with Turkish Airlines before continuing on my travel, but recover from jet lag for a few days and relax as well. This hotel was the perfect solution! Few hotels where I have stayed have had such personable staff. I was received not as a guest but as a friend. The service was impeccable. Charlie and Omar at the reception speak perfect English and helped arrange a pick up from the airport to the hotel via email before my visit. They were invaluable in helping guide my time in Istanbul with advice of where to go and what to do in the city. The main tourist sites of Istanbul are only a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the hotel, so I never had to take public transport, which made for a much more relaxing visit. The hotel is brand new and is very comfortable. The extensive Turkish breakfast, a never-ending buffet was wonderful. I highly recommend a stay at Reyyan Hotel and I will certainly return each time I travel to Istanbul.
