    Terrible Customer Service
    When we arrived at 3:00, per our planned early check-in, we were told that our room wasn't yet ready but they (the front desk) assured us it would be done by 4:00. We waited until 4:00 at which time we were told it still wasn't ready. The man at the front desk contacted the manger (unsure of his role) of the building who brought in towels and contacted the lobby cleaning crew to see if they could clean the room. I called customer service and spoke to Annette. She told me that the room was still not cleaned at 5:00 and asked me to be patient for 30 more minutes. The frustration resided in the fact that someone (the front desk, the manager, and Annette) told us "just a couple more minutes" every 5-10 minutes and ended up wasting two and a half hours of our time. Annette said our complaint would be turned over to a committee for a review to determine appropriate compensation. She said it would be taken care of on Monday, or possibly worst case scenario Tuesday, but here we are on Wednesday with no word. In addition, our lights and AC stopped working entirely the last day, Tuesday, September 12th. 4 girls ended up showering in the dark, which is quite frankly, unacceptable. Customer service was absolutely pathetic and unfortunately, we expected better, especially since we paid $2,000 for 3 nights.

    Buyer beware of hidden service fee.
    The stay was good. The extra service charges were not. The price of the stay was almost double of what I rcpected. You are better off staying at a hotel. Will not stay there again.

    There was not any soap, shampoo in the bathroom. The towel rack was placed to fall when you withdrew a towel. No help in calling the concierge number.

    This is NOT a hotel. More like a TIMESHARE
    My arrival was not great. The two doorman were not very helpful and questioned if I should, in fact, be in the building. They were not well informed. They provided me with way too many instructions for "moving in" and "moving out". One part of the instructions requested that I take out my garbage when I left. I am a business traveler, not a vacationer. I don't want to worry about cleaning a room and refuse removal before I check out. Watch the additional fees!!!!!! They charged me an additional $150.00 a night in taxes and fees. That is obnoxious. The garbage disposal in my room smelled. I could not get the smell out of the room. I tried. There is not room service because this is a condo building. The toiletry products are very average - not luxury items. The bathtub was not clean. The cost of the room per night is not comparable with the other luxury stays available in Boston. The value is just not there. I will likely not stay here again.
