This hotel is actually operate by a private property management company. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH BERJAYA TIME QUARE HOTEL / SERVICE APARTMENT. I was mislead just because they are located in Berjaya Time Square.
I booked 6 deluxe rooms for my guests (but due to over book, the management convince me to swap with 2 bedrooms suite @ 2 units, to house for 6 person), which we eventually agreed to it, a day before the arrival, without knowing the conditions of the suites.
But when my guest arrived, it is a big shock to them.
Yet, there is no choice already, as it is overbooked.
The contact person who suppose to meet us at 7pm, did not show up.
When we called him, he ask to see him the next day morning at 10am, business hours.
The conditions are BAD.
The maintenance are poor and the toilets are staining and not clean.
No complementary drinking water / coffee / tea are provided. Not even the amenity is given. Basically it in come with nothing except the bed and TV.
The towels is old, thorn and staining.
The worst is that they do not clean the room on daily basis, but only every 2 days.
There is no proper signboard and notice on the entrance, you just landed at no where and need to ask around for information to get the management to come down to open the door for you.
But they claim it as LUXURY APARTMENT???
