Lower East Die Gem
The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Overall, our stay was great. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location for exploring the Lower East Side. The one downside was that the restaurant was closed for Shavuot. Our plans had included stopping there for coffee and dessert to celebrate our daughter's birthday. I wish the hotel had mentioned the closure online.

Great Hotel with a Great View
This is a great little hotel in the LES. It’s very sparse and modern. Rooms are typical itty-bitty NYC style and they did fairly well finding creative ways to use the space but some things were still awkwardly placed (like towel racks and the TV). The toilets are too modern to be functional. They barely flush and you use a panel on the wall to flush which is not at all obvious. There were some luxury-type items (toiletries, bamboo shower mat) but overall I wouldn’t really consider it a luxury hotel. That said, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The views are beautiful with nice big windows. The hotel staff is so friendly they practically trip over themselves to ensure your comfort. Also, don’t miss the wine reception on the 10th floor patio. What a view! Only other downsides, the room came with a 15% off coupon for the new restaurant next door, but the restaurant wasn’t open at all while I was there. They close at 2pm on Friday and don’t open again until 9:30pm on Saturday...weird. Also, I’m a nursing Mom and was told over the phone that since I would be arriving before checkin I would be given a place to pump, but when I showed up my only options were to pump in the lobby or the bathroom. Not ideal. Most hotels will let you use a room or an office for 15 mins.

Best Hidden Gem
We stopped in for just one night and did a city-view room. I mean everything in NY is small but we really loved being tucked away here. We were sad we didn’t book a better room because if our city view was that great already we couldn’t imagine how much more comfortable we’d have been if we upgraded. Definitely coming back, staying longer, and booking better! Everyone was awesome.

Good location, nice hotel.
Nice hotel and room albeit somewhat cramped. Some glassses for drinking water would be useful in the room. Tv could be mounted higher as it is in the way when walking around the bed.
