The lodge discovered that our booking was not in their system so we were told to wait which took an hour. They discovered that Expedia has other agents who are working as golden days team when they did not hire or have any access to the agents. I paid for a top up of security but it didn’t even go according to what I paid for. There was an extra charge which reached up to $110 dollars including our booking. It was a terrible experience because we were so tired from traveling only to find there was a scam or something in thier system.

Very pleasant attractive hotel. Kind and friendly
Staff were very helpful. The hotel is within 10 minutes of railway station, by taxi (cost K30 or £3/$4.59) close to Victoria Falls 30 minutes by Taxi (cost K100 or £10/$15). At Victoria Falls a guide costs K600 (£60/$90)

The worst accommodation choice ever
The lodge management had no clue about our booking and after supplying them with the appropriate reference numbers...management could not confirm our booking. the accommodation was very dirty, the wash basin was blocked, the advert was very deceiving. I would not recommend the lodge to anyone even my worst enemy. the lodge is anything but executive. the aircons don't work effectively. we did not bath and chose not to change our clothing nor did we want to remove our shoes due to the condition of the lodge.
