Safe, clean, value for money and good location
Receptionist service is courteous, swift and check in is extremely fast. We booked a triple room with queen and single beds. Room is very clean and spacious and quiet. Bathroom is also big with rain shower. Location is in the middle of big shopping malls. The hotel looks like a very run down building from the outside, but the lobby is nice. We drove to this hotel and secured parking is available at the basement, which is very important to us. There are parking around the hotel, probably cheaper but not safe. We are not easily satisfied I must say. Only issues that annoyed us slightly are: the towels are clean, but frayed; and the toilet aluminium door is noisy when closed or locked. But relatively these are just minor issues. Overall a great stay for the price.

One of my best stays in KL. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Had an easy time walking around to dining and shopping areas. The room itself was cool and modern. The shower was a dream. A big thanks to Shan for addressing an issue in the most professional manner. My compliments to you. Thanks for a memorable stay in KL.

Nice but service lacking
Nice boutiquey hotel with good sized rooms. Marked down for 2 reasons; hotel room ambient lighting had an annoying flickering fluorescent which i reported on first arrival. Told it was fixed later that eve but it wasn’t Reported again and nothing done about it so could not use lighting for 3 days. Secondly. On last night decided to have a last KL during in the swimming club. Went at 9:35pm knowing bar shuts at 10pm. Couldn’t drink as they had totalled card payments early and could only take cash. Not my problem so i left.

Everything was good except for the fact the air conditioning was. It working well on the 2nd nite and we couldn’t sleep well. We had same issue the last time we stayed there and they actually changed the room for us after the first nite.
