Very Good 8.0
Comfortable stay
The hotel room is tiny, but has everything you need. It was one of the cleanest hotels we stayed in. The only downside is that front desk was okay. We enjoyed our location very much. The amenities were great inside room. The layout of the room made sense for travelers and the space was utilized tremendously well. We didn't mind the small room because it was comfortable, especially the bed.

Decent place. Biggest complaint was noticing a lot of hair on the floor of bathroom, room, etc.

Felt unwelcome
The service was horrible. The front desk staff refused to help us make a call to another hotel when requested and his facial expressions made us feel unwelcome during our entire stay.

Still reliable and good hotel in shinjuku.
We have been staying in this hotel for years. Good location, very good breakfast, decent sized room and toilet. Staff knows some English and helpful.
