Pillows are thin. Window in the room was open when I checked in and there were a few bugs in the room. There was a shirt from the previous guest left in the closet. Sand on the floor and on the top shelf inside the closet. Spider web on ceiling by the bed. USB port does not work. And the worse was I witnessed a lady who probably works for the hotel accusing one of the bell staff of charging guests 150 reais to deliver their luggage. She was cursing and being rude right there, in the middle of the lobby.

The hotel is older but is kept up. Stayed in a room with a king size bed. The room was big and clean. We have stayed at this hotel before. Very friendly staff and the location is a few blocks from the ocean.
