This hotel’s amenities is way too pricey for its class. We paid the same price on our first day in the island at Hue Hotel at Station 2 but the amenities are way too far compared to Hue Hotel. This hotel is filthy and low grade. The front desk reception staff are not quite professional to deal with tourists. The receptionist was too loud and lack’s professional skills to deal with clients. They collected us extra money for our 11 year old when in fact the two hotels we stayed before them did not. They said they considered an 11 year old to be an adult. Since when an 11 year old became an adult???! They let us checked in early and they said they upgraded our room to garden suite with jacuzzi but we did not agree because that room was filthy and unacceptable. But in fairness the breakfast was good. Food was serve warm and it taste better than the others. This hotel’s ad in the web is misleading, since our expectations for the same hotel in its class were not met. The pictures they advertise is so misleading. This hotel is like a 2 star hotel but they charge like a 4 star hotel. I would never book in this hotel and would not definitely recommend it.
