We had a great time. Our condo was awesome and the property was clean and in good repair. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would love to repeat this fabulous vacation.

Do Not waste your money! Infested with roaches
We checked in around 12 pm. Got in our condo..seemed very clean. Walked in the master bathroom and they had a baby roach. Not thinking anything of it, I killed it and threw it away. Keep in mind this is one of my worst fears. We later on take a shower to go to the boardwalk. The master bath put water everywhere in the bathroom. They did not have a clear piece to keep the water from coming out. The one we found was disgusting. We get back from the boardwalk put all three children to sleep. I go to the bathroom..another roach. I took a shoe to kill this one and 4 more come back. I then tell me fiance I was not staying here. We called the general manager. She came look. By then they were all over the kitchen floor, counters, and the bathroom along with the living room. I was terrified. They even were in our groceries that we just purchased. Now its one am she moves us to a new unit. Tells us to come see her in the morning so she can make it right. I go see her and all she wants to do is knock down 100 dollars. Knowing we had three children we had to wake up and move along with 200 dollars worth of groceries we couldn't take, having to wash everything. So she adds in a free night. We go to the pool. Meet a family that said they had to move rooms and we asked why and come to find out same problem as ours. Same unit also. SO she knew about this and still placed us in there. We go back to speak to her, she then says the family was lying that they never stayed there.

Check your room as soon as you check in--all of it
Views were amazing. The unit was not clean. Found items in the floor like a Q-tip and the master bed had not been changed, even though it was made. There was sand and dirt in between the covers when we started to go to bed. Management came within 20 min of the call with new bedding but then we found used soap later in the shower. That was all really gross. Management was very easy to work with and seemed very sorry about it. Not sure if they were sorry it happened or sorry they had to get out at night to come bring us new bedding. Jamie and Linda at the desk were great. Very nice. Maintenance crews were working constantly. Pool was amazing. Very nice on those hot days.

Nice for a family!
On the whole, the condo was great. Awesome location, nice amenities, master and its bathroom great, but the 2nd full bathroom's showerhead was not great at all, pitiful spray.
