Wow! From Jeju international hope on bus 202 right outside the parking lot and stay in for about 35 mins (we got off at Hagwi Elementary cause there was lots of food shops but stay on for one more stop and it’s closer) and then a 8-10min leaurely wall later and you’re at the *beautiful* Tamna Stay Hotel. Or it’s about 15,000 won ($15USD) taxi ride. Our room was wonderful. Staff was so friendly and kind and there was always someone who spoke English. Ironically in this area of the island more people spoke English than in the centre of the city. A staff named John helped us so much while we are here. He was so wonderful in booking us a spa appointment for massages and printing us the directions on how to get there. We had one minor problem with our room the last night we were there but again the wonderful John immediately apologized and gave us another room. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel! It was around 20 mins on the bus(202) to get to popular beaches such as Gwakji or Hyeopjae. This hotel is much a resort vibe and though it seems like there isn’t too much around it is very private and very quiet and no more than 15-20 mins to get places by bus. And there is a convenience store (GS25) in the hotel buy any essentials.

Walking distance from the shore, peaceful.
The hotel was located near the seaside, Aewol, and it was amazing. The hotel was so quiet and clean, and we had a very nice view of the shoreline. Wonderful.
