This hotel is far from 5-star standard in every way. The reception staff were slow and rude, and the service was poor overall. Be sure to allow extra time for check-out, as they insist on inspecting your room before you are allowed to leave. This is especially inconvenient if you have a flight to catch. The only positives were that it was cleaner than average for India, and that the restaurant staff were pleasant.

On the week of arrival hotel contacted us via email and saying that they will cancel our rooms due to a alleged ”credit card not working” -claim. The true reason being that hotel (and all other hotels nearby ) were fully booked.
