Convenient but zero customer service
Motel was okay BUT at 730am housekeeping knocked on our door and then again at 845 after they were told our check out was noon and kids were sleeping and still was relentless! Complained to front desk and she could have cared less. At least fake an apology! It’s close to the park but convenient is it’s only positive though in fairness room was clean.

It was ok…. Mini fridge was so loud that we just unplugged it. The AC didn’t work all that great and the bathrooms were really small. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet and it was a nice decent place to stay for a trip.

Perfect for family of 3
Perfect hotel for your family Disney trip. 10 minute walk to the front gate, 20 min walk to the back end of downtown Disney. Awesome pool for half days or off days, with a lagoon for the toddlers/smaller kids and lots of water toys for the older kids. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Showers had HOT water which felt amazing when getting back from a full day at the parks. Small freezer in mini fridge- but useable! Definitely staying here again.
