Amazing room but valet stole our phone charger
The most unique and fun hotel I think I'll ever stay in. The attention to detail in the room and comfortable beds are beyond compare. There is a large rainshower and jacuzzi tub. The valet seemed great until our phone charger disappeared while in the valet. The bell service took about 45 minutes to get our luggage but the poor guy seemed overworked and was out of breath when he got to our room. The staff just all seemed miserable and were not friendly. The parking seemed safe but had multiple signs warning to not leave valuables in car. There are lots of hidden fees, no discounts for guests, and everything closes when the store does, which is very early on Sunday. The room is so amazing though it makes up for all of the shortcomings.

Awesome hotel, very unique, great bed! Cool view at the top of the pyramid (free ticket up incl). Bad: crazy expensive cocktails; restaurants aren’t good, resort fee wasn’t mentioned before booking, and I wouldn’t walk off the property. Take an Uber or the shuttle to get into downtown.

Ok, but not worth money
For what it costs I was just so so. The restaurants at the bass pro are very overpriced and not that great in my opinion. The service at the lodge and the bass pro is so so. Some employees are great but some you can tell are just waiting for their shift to be over so they can get out of there! For 200 a night I expect exceptional service and you will not get that there. The room itself was nice however the lighting was awful. No light in the closet but the coffee closet had a bright light. This was kind of strange! It was neat to stay in a bass pro but we definitely won't be going back especially bc of the price! We definitely prefer big cedar lodge.
