Exceptional 10.0
Best place to stay in Tenesee!
The upstairs restaurant at the top of the pyramid was great we had our anniversary dinner there. The service was great Natalie was our waitress, they are hiring the right people there at Big Cypress. The shuttle drivers Jason, Scott were great people they wanted to help us and be sure that we had a good time while we were there at their hotel, and we did have a great time!

Horrible Front Desk Clerks
Front desk clerks made the visit less than desirable to revisit.

Very Good 8.0
Fresh cookies, nice comfortable rooms, shuttle services and privacy. Parking was less than ideal as it seemed that we were constantly parking in the back nine due to regular Bass Pro traffic, even though there was a parking fee on top of the room fee. Fridge in the room did not stay very cold, but luckily we had a cooler.

Could use some improvements
It’s a nice place but the lights were too dim. To brighten the Restroom you have to move a lever which honestly in the oddest location. The price of the room should have included more than water and coffee. Maybe fruit or bread? It was nice to see security night and day.
