It would have been good in the 1970s

    Overall good
Location was perfect. Outside maintenance was poor. The units were very dated but clean.

Room was very clean and plenty of room to relax. It was outdated but being so clean made it not so important.

    Long weekend getaway.
Very relaxing. Good time. Had to leave early for medical reason, not anything to do with the property. Would stay there again.

Clean, Spacious, but there is a small catch
As others have said, aside from being dated, it's a great place to stay. It is clean and the rooms are vary spacious and have nice views from the balconies. What we didn't like, was that in order to get your parking pass they want you to sell you on attending a timeshare seminar. We waited in line for about 20 minutes while they were having a timeshare discussion with another group before finally giving up and going without the parking permit.

    Pitiful
Chose this hotel for my 51st anniversary weekend. By far the worst place that I’ve stayed in Branson in the last 20 years. Room was so outdated that it looked like it was not changed since 1980. The bed was not more than a mattress over a springs no headboard and was stiff as a board. When one person got in the bed it bounced the other person on the other side so every time one person turned over it woke up the other person. There was no breakfast and when I asked they said no resort provides breakfast. The second day when I woke up I wanted to get some coffee in the lobby but it was closed until 7 AM so we ended up going for breakfast another place. This place was a big mistake.

Good location, very good service, very accomidating, furnishings and decor very dated but also very clean. We would stay there again. The price was right. Some might not like the train going by during the night but it did not bother us too much.

    Poor 2.0
We immediately left after check in and had to find another place to stay. The room was dirty with stains on the carpet and bed. The bed did not look like it has been replaced since the 70’s. The desk clerk was very nice we just couldn’t stay in those conditions. We were needing to get well rested for another long drive home.

    Perfect Stay
It was perfect. An older hotel but very clean. The location was great. The pool was huge and there was a creek nearby.
