Good location and breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were warm. We had 2 rooms on different floors and both were warm. Lowering the thermostat had no effect on the room temperature and we had to open the window, letting in plenty of street noise.

Location is OK for business travelers but...
This hotel is the best for business travelers visiting the companies have head quarter in Osaka area, but not so convenient for sightseers. Please think it twice if you really want to stay this hotel because it is not as good at it looks. The hotel stuffs do not greet the people come in and out. They are not checking what kind of persons are in the hotel. It may be OK because you need the room key to go up to the guest room floors. The biggest issue is hygiene. Elevator doors are collecting dust. I stayed 6 nights and the hotel never removed trash and vacuumed my room. It seemed that they cleaned bath room and made beds, but you never know if they cleaned properly. Very naturally, I became anxious if they changed bed sheets and pillow covers. Now, I am back home having itchiness around my neck with bug bites.
