Very Accommodating
Hotel was accommodating to our flight coming in to Boston. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am after doing a red-eye flight. We were able to get checked in and get some sleep before our concert started. They also allowed us a late check out time to accommodate our flight home.

Just okay
Pros: Hotel has a hipster factory revival feel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The accomodations themselves could be described as bougie. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well designed. Room had a refrigerator that actually got cold. Microwave is in the room with the ice machine at the end of the hall. Fitness area had a larger variety of machines available than many other hotels. Cons: Not a good choice if you want to use public transport or walk to attractions. The area surrounding the hotel is not necessarily the best place for a woman traveling alone; some hotel patrons made uncomfortable solicitation-based comments at me in the elevator and upper halls, which is not the hotel's fault but worth mentioning to other patrons for their safety. The paid breakfast option is not something I would include in your plans, as it is very minimal. One elevator is nonoperational and the other is in bad need of service. There is a designated smoking area with benches and an outpost, but nonsmokers seemed to find the area inconvenient as the back parking lot access has you walking through the area.

The man who checked us in that evening was not very friendly. I don't know if he was frustrated that he was the only one working or this was his usual personality but it was not what I expect from the front desk staff. The bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly.

Ok for an economical stay
Hotel is a former warehouse or industrial site that was remodeled. Area is not the best. Busy Parkway and no restaurants or businesses that you would want to walk to unless you want your car serviced at PepBoys next door. One of the two elevators were not working. LED lighting in hallways is that bright white not warm lighting. There was one person in at check in. He was behind the small lobby bar and also handled my check in. In the morning there was no one in the “cook to order” kitchen area and again, one person behind the check in counter. I checked out and grabbed coffee and a muffin at a local Dunkin. Hotel was economical and clean. But nothing special.
