We stayed 2 days at a time ,twice, first time the shower was not working (manager deducted 50% off one night)...the room was cold... Second stay,room was cold again (heating system not working right,the manager offered to send a portable electric heater)....housekeeping was sloppy. Room setting is odd.....shower stall is part of the room,So is the sink ....Toilett is separate . Breakfast was very good and varied. We requested a different kind of juice and we were offered an excellent substitute:fresh strawberry juice!!! Lobby very large ,cold and worn out looking furniture !!!!

Staff is great, but the room that I stayed definitely needs an upgrade. Room has a lot of black and dark grey features and does not feel bright and clean. Bathroom sink is black stone but has lots of stains as well as the chrome on the faucet. The carpet was dark grey and looks a little unkept. The hotel has potential but again a bright update will do very well. Now the staff is definitely the plus in this hotel.
