Poor management and customer service
On check in the hotel appeared fine but halfway through the stay the toilet flush was broken by the cleaner which I discovered on returning to my room at midnight. I was relocated but initially to a completely unsuitable room close to noisy construction. Service if there is a problem is very poor, there was no manager to handle the complaint and staff kept telling me the manager would arrive at the hotel in a few hours - the manager is actually never at the hotel and is not contactable. Very poor, I left before the end of my stay and was extremely disappointed with the staff attitude.

Nice Staff, OK facilities, Good Location
Room ok with curtain falling off. Location pretty good. Just ok. Staff was very nice. I think it is a teaching hotel...but I'm not sure. If so, that should be highlighted and explained to the guests.
