Below average
Rooms are filled with stinky cigarette smells. Super dusty beddings. First dinner on New Year Eve was massively disappointing. Trash is not cleared daily. No peepads provided for pets, only 2 pieces of Newspaper for 3 days. Everything else was acceptable.

Almost ruined Winter Holidays
When I made the reservation, I chose the hotel based from what I have seen in the website. However, I was very disappointed because the room we got was not as expected. The building was very old and untidy with NO private toilets which was NOT clearly defined in the Booking Confirmation. Also, the bath was in the other building across the street when it was clearly define in the Booking that there is a Private Bathroom and a bath tub. LUCKILY, there were available rooms in the Main Building but I needed to pay an additional cost as an upgrade. IF THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE IN THE MAIN BUILDING FOR US TO TRANSFER, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT DISASTER AND MY VACATION TOTALLY RUINED!!! If this will happen again, I promise I will not use again in the future.
