It's not worth your money and time
The pictures is no where close to what you will get and the wifi will not work at all and in regards to room hygiene I need to say just don't book this place it's not worth it

Nice hotel for price except had bed bugs
Hotel staff was friendly and appearance was clean and charming, however the room air conditioner barely worked leaving the room warm and musty. We spoke to the front desk who agreed to come look at the into but they never did. The room also had lots of mosquitoes and we later discovered bed bugs. Breakfast was very good. A bit of a walk to ST Marks Square, however they provided a coupon for one free gondola taxi ride across the canal per person which was helpful and the walk helped us explore some additional neighborhoods. Hotel does need some upgrades and repairs. Had there been no bed bugs and the air conditioning in our room been working better the repairs would easily be overlooked.

Such a Disappointment staying at this hotel.
This hotel was so disappointing. Looks beautiful when you look online. The rooms were very outdated and need decorating but would accept this. However the cleanliness of the rooms were disgusting. The reception staff were ok, but not overly friendly. Told us they would put our bags in the room but we had to carry 3 suitcases upstairs. We didn't stay in the hotel part but the apartment was not too far away. Only one pillow each and asked for another to be told NO! cushions and blankets in wardrobe were old, grotty, dirty and fraying. The shower was small and only had a shower curtain. No mirror in the bedroom only bathroom (not helpful if someone is having a shower) safe in bedroom but no keys. Mattresses are hard as rock. No facilities such as a kettle in the room. Wasn't given the complimentary gondola tickets until we asked after reading other reviews. Breakfast was ok as far as Continental goes, but when ordering hot drinks it felt like an inconvenience every time. The location was good as approx 1 km from St Marks square. Ordered some alcoholic drinks from the bar and was given in paper cups because we wanted to take them back to our room. No curtains in the rooms but did have shutters on the outside but made the room very dark.
