Modern apartment in Chinatown
We stayed two nights. The apartment is modern, immaculately clean and provided with all the facilities you might need including a very well equipped kitchen. Although we arrived earlier than the specified check-in time, the management were very happy to arrange for us to leave our bags there while the aprtment was being cleaned from its previous visitors. Parking is available in a designated secure space - useful because you are near the city centre. A short level walk to the centre of Victoria in about 15 minutes, or less than five minutes to the Chinatown water-taxi stop. There is currently building work going on next door, which did not trouple us because we were there over a weekend, but it might be an issue in the next few weeks.

Bait and Switch
Be very careful about the "taxes" on this property. They advertise a market fair rate and then hit you with massive cleaning charges in the form of taxes. Would not stay here again.
