My brother and I stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Berlin. Great location. Has a U-Bahn just opposite the road. Also, very easy to walk to the most iconic landmarks and to the Museum Island. The staff were excellent, helpful and very understanding. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier than expected as one of the rooms was available. The open buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, which saved our long morning walks in the city. Our room was cleaned every second night. Wi-fi was working fast enough to cover our pre-sleep Netflix sessions. There were big bottles of shampoo and gels in the bathroom. Tap water was safe to drink. In general, we are very happy about the service and amenities we used.

I had a good overall stay in Berlin! Here is a breakdown of my experience: Prime Location & Value: I loved the location! It is very close to the subway and Alexanderplatz, making it extremely easy to explore the city. The cost-benefit is excellent. Cleanliness & Eco-Friendly Initiative: The hotel is very clean. I really liked knowing that they care about the environment and hold a Green Key certification. Even though full room cleaning isn't done every single day, they change the towels regularly, which is fantastic for hygiene and great to see. Breakfast & Amenities: The breakfast was great, offering a great variety and delicious pastries/sweets. The room amenities were also very nice. Room Surprise (The Bathroom): The only downside was that I wasn't expecting to be placed in an accessible room (for guests with disabilities). Because of this, the bathroom setup was a bit uncomfortable, it didn't have a glass partition, only a curtain, which failed to retain the water and left the entire floor wet after a shower. Despite the bathroom detail, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it for its unbeatable location and great value!
