A place for backpackers
The first thing: thanks to the stuff. They do a good work. But they have to do it in a hotel, that only can remember good days long time ago. To be honest: we took a cheap room for one night, because we were only passing through. And instead of two respectable beds we had five bad ones. It is just a subjective opinion. Maybe they have other better rooms. The hotel is noisy, dirty, in the beds you feel every single mattress spring. But in any way: you are not alone there. The first are the kind of guests: shouting, quarreling, screaming, laughing and telling stories with 100 phon loudness at 4 o'clock in the morning in the hall. The second are the nice roommates called cockroaches. So, as if we realized, that this place is a kind of "Maltese Ballermann", maybe the guests need no rooms at all. ;o))

Disappointing service at the Beach Garden Hotel
I'm afraid I didn't get, overall, a good service from this Hotel. The room was poorly illuminated and cold. The Air Con was not working but they fixed at my request. The wardrobe was not fit for purpose. There were no hangers and/or poles to hang clothes. I asked them and they sort of sorted later. The distribution of the premises was unusual. It had three different blocks. The wifi in the room was not properly working at times. It was not clear from the staff whether there was non-smoking policies in place in the rooms. There were but I'm afraid not properly enforced; same as extremely noisy surroundings from other rooms at times. 'm afraid younger guests were quite noisy very late at night. Hotel reception's staff needs to be more attentive to those issues to reassure all guests a pleasant stay and good night sleep.

Exceptional
10/10
After previous bad reviews from other people I was a bit worried about this hotel, BUT everything was totally fine, the hotel itself is beautiful and massive, swimming pool is amazing (wasn't keen on salty water but as I found out later on even the water park had salty water), the room we had was pretty enough but there was no mini fridge so that's really the only down to it. It was pretty loud at night but who cares when you're on holiday! The price of the hotel with brekky was a bargain although it is not a 5star hotel but it is more than enough, unless you are planning to spend a whole week locked in room on wifi then don't bother lol. Loved it, definitely coming back!

Good
Too loud...
Having the pool onsite is great, but the staff are not particularly friendly and even with the do not disturb sign on the door would daily try and open our room at 8.30/9am... too early for a holiday. The place is generally a bit worn and dated and could use a lick of paint but was fine for what we needed and as the cost was cheap it was fine. The main issue is that it is extremely loud and noisy. You can hear everyone and everything that is said in the room next door which is awful. If you're going to book here take ear plugs.

Poor
Nothing like advertisement
Upon entering the tiny room, there was an overwhelming stench of pee and mold. You couldn't open the outside balcony door and there was only one small window in the bathroom that opened a couple of inches. The sheets were stained and dirty. The furniture was broken. Instead of a king bed, there was 3 small beds. The bathroom looked like roaches set up permanent shop. They offered us a second room but that one was no better. Sheets weren't even washed! The person working the front desk even told us not to stay there because it was a shit hotel...
