literally bed and breakfast
Be aware that there are no facilities here: - no laundry - no fridge or place to keep food - no eating in your room - no guests it's a nice bedroom with a shared washroom with an optional breakfast.

Edinburgh Sixteen is a bed and breakfast. On arrival from the airport, the hosts were out, but there was a phone number on the door and we called and quickly had someone to let us in. Apparently we had gotten an email to confirm our check-in time, but I was travelling and had not checked my email. The hosts, however, were very kind and helped carry my bags. The house is lovely, nicely decorated, and very clean. We had a shared bathroom, which was also very clean. The grounds of the house were lovely. We didn't opt for the additional breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There is a bus stop less than a block away, so it was easy to get to. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

It's not a hotel
Too expensive for what it actually is. It's not a hotel, it's a hostel/B&B. Since it's a house, there's a lot of noise (people in/out) Be careful, bathrooms are shared! Besides those points, the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is ok.

Very bad don’t waste your money
It was very bad experience. No one welcome us in check in because we arrived 9PM, they left the key in box for us. We did not see anyone until we checked out. They communicated with us only by email. The bathroom window cannot close and they have no warm water to wash your hand
