Good location but lackluster service
Several of the people at the front desk were not very friendly. I often felt like I was being bothersome when I would ask questions. The air conditioner was not that great at cooling the room. Basically only half the room would get cool, and it was the half that the bed wasn't on. The shower drain was clogged, so the water wasn't draining. We had to turn the pressure down so that the basin wouldn't overflow. The food menu was pretty limited and just mediocre quality, though the meals were pretty cheap.

4 star disappointment
We stayed at this hotel for one night. We had to walk from the train station to the hotel, approximately 10 minutes, and it was quite scary. The hotel is a nice hotel in a very bad neighborhood. It felt very unsafe and I don't think I would stay here again if visiting Naples. Also, the internet service was very poor. And when I complained to the front desk, they blamed it on my phone and offered no solution. You would think that the internet quality would have been better for a 4 star hotel. The rooms could have been cleaner and more accommodating for families. We were a family of 5 and we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were on two different floors and my husband and I split up between the two rooms to make sure the kids were not left alone. We were also charged 25 euros extra for a third person in the room. The only positive thing was the restaurant. The night we arrived we were too scared to leave the hotel and the restaurant accommodated us, despite the fact they were closing soon. Our server, Diego, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. The breakfast the next morning was also very good. Many food options and the kids loved everything. If traveling with family, there are far better options in Naples. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

To Naples or NOT.
Not sure the pizza makes visiting this area worth it. The hotel itself was sufficient, not what i consider 4 stars but served its purpose for a nights sleep on the way to Amalfi. Happy they had 24hr reception and spoke English. Naples however i would recommend you skip. From the taxi driver that ripped us off to the dodgy streets you walk to get anywhere I was happy to board the train and get in my way. There is nothing to see here just pizza to eat.
